In 2005 Alyssa Van Guilder, artist and stay at home mom, decided to jump full throttle into her dream of creating an inspired space filled with Art, Community, and Kindness. She called the space Apotheca. Alyssa became business partners with her friend Rossina Moran in 2013, and together they opened Apotheca's sister store, Acopio. They are on a mission to spread beauty and love to Goffstown and beyond! Alyssa is so excited about the launch of our first ever gathering based on the principles of living an inspired life. "Living what we value is not easy; it's hard work and it requires acts of intention so we can stay fed and fueled in mind body and spirit. We all get tired, and we need to take time to recharge in order to continue fighting for the things that matter most in life. That's why I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am about SOULIGHT!"
Sarah Elechko

A life-long Goffstown resident, Sarah feels a strong sense of pride in her community and a responsibility to serve others through the practice of yoga. Sarah is also a supportive wife and devoted mother of three children. She is a successful and respected Realtor at Keller Williams, and Treasurer of the Goffstown Historical Society. Sarah attributes her success in juggling her busy and full life to her daily practice of yoga both on and off the mat, in the physical practice and in cherishing relationships with those around her and within herself. Sarah's teaching method is clear, practical and logical and can be appreciated by beginners and advanced practionioners alike. She invites you to join her at the Retreat and looks forward to working together to bring new light to your yoga practice that will revitalize and reconnect you with your creative center.

My art practice is just that, a practice in patience and kindness towards myself. I have been an art teacher for 25 years at the high-school and elementary levels. But really I have always been a healer. Friends, family and strangers have always felt comfortable telling me their truth and sharing their life stories with me. I believe through the natural subjects of my paintings I am healing myself. Paintings of flowers, birds and landscapes are a delight but how I experience color and the light of the day is consistently big and bold. But I am calmed by the ocean and sound of the waves. When I meditate on these ideas my life becomes simplified. We can all allow for moments of play, silliness and collaboration. We are all in this one life together. Soulight retreat for me is about growth, reflection and best of all healing. Lets all strive for stillness each and every day to experience all the beauty that surrounds us. Counting my blessings and wishing you smiles and laughter
